30 days right of return

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, German Carpet Shop grants you the following voluntary return guarantee for all carpets purchased: The period of the voluntary return guarantee begins at the end of the statutory right of cancellation and ends within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Timely return is sufficient to meet the deadline. Please note that the product(s) must be complete and in an unused and undamaged condition. We will only accept returned products in their original packaging or similar packaging.

We do not accept carriage forward returns. If you return the goods yourself, e.g. by post, we will not bear the costs.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

This return guarantee does not affect your statutory rights and therefore does not affect your right of cancellation as described above.
